We need to talk about how fucking sexual my dinner was
Oh my god
I can’t even handle it
I had roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH do I even keto?
I tossed 150g brussel sprouts with 1 tbsp melted coconut oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili powder because I live wildly, and added 3 slices of chopped bacon. I roasted it all on a lipped cookie sheet lined with foil for 25ish minutes at 400.
It was divine and I can’t wait to make it again.
But the real miracle is the grilled cheese:
I made the flax muffin I posted the other day, only with just a dash of stevia, no cinnamon, and added garlic powder and dried basil. I used a little 2x2 lunch container and just divided the batter between both sides so it would be flatter and square.
Then I sandwiched the “bread” with 2 oz sharp cheddar, and fried in butter. It tasted like a motherfucking grilled cheese and I swear to god that flax bread is the best thing I’ve ever done. It tastes better than most GF bread. Way better than Udi’s. And it has 2.3 net carbs.
This whole meal has 6.3g net carbs.
